Isabelle Broussot started her executive search career in 1990, as a search officer for Xavier Piettre Consultants, one of the main hiring agencies specialised in construction and real estate. She then worked for the headhunting leader Korn/Ferry International.
She became a conference manager for the business sector. In 1997, she joined Solving Efeso International to promote the business of this strategy consulting leader in strategy, organisation, and operational performance improvement.
In 2000, Isabelle directed communications for the Institut des Cadres Dirigeants (the management executives institute in the EMLyon business school group). In 2003, she became a managing director for Syntec Recrutement, and then joined FDAssociates as a recruitment consultant.
In January 2008, Isabelle joined MPI executive to offer her expertise in industrial and support positions.
Isabelle Broussot holds a Maîtrise (first year of Masters) in Economic and Business Administration and a DESS (second year of Masters) in Management from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
