MPI executive interim management

What kind of assignments are you usually entrusted with?

Most of the time, our clients ask us to help them change in an urgent situation. Our managers can make a personalised diagnosis, take efficient operational measures, launch a project, and develop an organisation. We may also be asked to steer restructuring, set up a merger or acquisition, complete a business transfer, or to lead a new organisation.

What kind of companies do you work for?

Our multi-sectoral positioning covers all executive positions in all kinds of companies (state-owned/international companies, subsidiaries of large groups, investment funds, the public sector, SMEs, and more).

What are your main advantages?

On the interim management market since 2002, we have considerable expertise and a solid reputation. We are known for our swiftness and quality in following up on assignments. We use an extremely strict process to select interim managers. With our database and the thorough interviews we conduct well ahead of time, we can find “the right manager in the right place, at the right time”.

What is your method for hiring interim managers?

We consider that each situation is unique and requires bespoke work. We really target the needs of our clients to ensure that our managers have the operational skills and the ability to work in the context in question. Our database is extremely selective. The candidates undergo a thorough interview with one or several consultants.

We then support and coach our interim manager on-site. We stay in contact with the client and interim manager throughout the assignment with telephone conversations and meetings with the three parties, which are used in a mission follow-up report.
MPI executive does everything to ensure that the interim manager and the client communicate smoothly with one another. We believe this is key to achieving an optimal result for the assignment.
