Olivier started his career in 1997 as a national civil service volunteer, in the IT department of the bank BNP Paribas in Athens, developing performance management tools.

He joined the business intelligence software publisher Hyperion Solutions in 1999. He was first a trainer, and then a consultant responsible for integrating decision-making solutions.

At the end of an assignment, he became a project manager for the SFR group. Over the course of seven years, he worked his way up through positions in which he managed the design and maintenance of innovative applications supporting decision-making.
With this experience behind him, he managed several interim management information systems assignments for companies undergoing change: Linpac Allibert, Alstom, and Réseau Ferré de France.

After an initial experience with MPI executive in 2013, Olivier joined the team to develop the business in the technologies sector.

Olivier Grapin holds a Masters in Planning, Strategy, and Audit at the University of Paris Dauphine. Olivier enjoys sports, and loves running and mountain sports in particular.
