Caroline Gélis started her career in 1987 as a management assistant at the corporate real estate company King Sturge.
In 1995, she was promoted to general secretary to support growth and to assume responsibility for support functions: accounting, finance, law, human resources, and the maintenance department.
When Jones Lang Lasalle bought out King Sturge, she played an active role in performing due diligence of the three King Struge entities.
In 2012, she was appointed the administrative and financial manager at Tetris general contractor and advisory (a subsidiary of the Jones Lang Lasalle Group).
In 2014, Caroline joined MPI executive as its office manager. Caroline speaks fluent English.
